Catch is each hosting has to help me move the blogs over to thier hosting- Have a total of 450 blogs to be divided by 21= 21 blogs per account. Technically, a class C IP address has its first octet in the range 192-223. This is an antiquated term as modern routing is done without regard to class, and usually refers to an address carrying a 24-bit subnet mask. I'm guessing beautyinmd means she needs hosts not within the same 24-bit subnet.
