[Need] Long Term Designer

My last designer has had an increase in work and is unable to provide jobs for me anymore. I am looking for a designer with a few years of experience in both logo and web design. The below skills are required.

• 2+ years experience with Photoshop for web design
• 2+ years experience with Illustrator for logo design
• An understanding of web design layout constrictions
• An understanding of web 2.0

I require for each web design:

• A two page design (front page and sub page) in JPG and PSD format
• A favicon
• A design that follows web standards
• A design no wider than 778px
• A timely turn around (<48 hours)

I require for each logo design:

• A few samples (three minimum)
• A vectorized logo
• A finalized logo in JPG and AI format
• A timely turn around (<48 hours)
