Buying Need Logo Recreated From PSD

My client has a logo in a PNG format and it is very choppy, and we also need it vectorized.

I will supply the designer with a PNG file and ask that you recreate the logo from scratch for the best quality. You will see the shapes edges are not smooth, etc.

It sucks that there are people like this about, but for the love of god why did you send him the logo before he paid you?

Can you wait when he back, and ask him why not payment you,

 

Maybe he is, but it takes 2 minutes to log into Paypal and send money, he would need to be on his deathbed if he can't do that, He wanted the job done in a hurry but can't be arsed to send the measly $10 when the job is done.
