Need logo help, winning design gets $20.

Hi, I came on here because I'm hoping to find creative people to help me develope a simple yet elegant logo. I don't have the software and skills but I have the idea of what I want done. So please tell me how to go about doing that. Any suggestions on where to start getting help. I'm looking for something ROYAL. I need these letters {TKT} framed out in something fancy and royal looking. The words can be inside of a crown incased in a royal box or shape or incased in a shield with flourishes is what I'm thinking. Colors...shades of black and gold, white can be used. The letters inside can played around with, like the "K" can be a bit bigger than the two "T's", but I need the letters to stand out as a logo to be remembered. I like old fashioned elegant fonts. It should be simple, yet memorable, elegant and royal looking. Masculine and feminine at the same time. It is for a website for tiny pets. This logo needs to be able to go on every picture I put on the website.
