Contest Need Logo - Guaranteed Payout + Bonus? SIMPLE, EASY, FAST!

Need a logo designed. Thought id run a contest for some DPers to have some fun.

also, the slogan is not part of the actual logo and can be a third color to seperate from the actual logo. If you do this the slogan needs to be in a dark grey.

The ideas are too graphically complex however will give an idea as to positioning of the rocket and earth. The logo will be in line with the liked logos and the top logo.

Prize:
Prize is $25 for a used logo.
+ $10 if it is vector and includes other sources besides PSD.

If the chosen logo is absolutely amazing I will give the winner a bonus.

If no logos will be used in a production environment a winner will be chosen and awarded $10 as a thank you for your efforts.


Contest will end after 20 unique concepts unless a chosen logo has been found, in which case it will end earlier. Goal is for contest to be over 5 days from today.

1) no clouds
2) don't use bright colors
3) use earth color "green, maybe brown too"
4) I am not liking the bold font choice
5) If a word is bold, it should be the first word.
6) no greys except for maybe the slogan, but not light grey

Don't care for that big bold font. Also, the rocket / earth design is too similar to misterbadz. Let's try and be a bit more creative on the icon design part. Great first submission .

Much better jhaye . Perhaps a bit of a space between the two words and not all caps.

Puttu, really coming together. There is something about the wings on the bottom of the rocket that I just don't care for. Also, there should be a slight space like the other letters with the R & T on earth

heres my try - feedback appreciated

 

@misterbadz - not liking the new icon designs on the revisions.
@faizann - not what I was looking for - no gradients, too dark, rocket not with earth
@divineworld - good first concept though the earth looks like a target
@gesunheit - great first concept, move the slogan to the right of the logo, make it a little bigger, make earth not all caps, put some space between Launch & Earth, with the earth make the land rounder, not so square
@penfriend - no drop shadows, rocket & earth need to be improved / re-done, earth looks like a target. Not liking the ribbon attached to the rocket.
