Need logo - Great price for the winner

Need a small logo for my soon up and coming forex site.
I need them in these two sizes and they don't have to look the same just have the same character, mascot.

W H
size1 : 190 x 370
size2 : 180 x 160

The domain is SirForex.com so I need a logo of Sir Forex , he has to look trustworthy but still be fun to look at. He will be the websites mascot so give him a big smile and big white teeths.


Now for the price.
I bought my self this great logo designer package so I would not have to pay for every singel logo. But it didn't take long until I found out my designing talent was zero, nothing, 0

So, for you who know what your doing this would be great. Huge database upgrade.

It contains for ex:

Animation - 100 flash, 8000 icons and images.

Hi, I would love to get the fram around the first one to (keep both, with and without frame) and if it's not any problem could you maybe make the frame on the secound one more hight and let see his feet to, so I can see what he looks like 100% and then have the text.

Frame for first:

I Do not have any feet or body etc, i could make some, but its a bit too much trouble for me for a program and $5, instead, to fill up the whole image, i could make the frame hanging on the wall instead of just sitting there?

I just looked at a frame here in my office and saw that the mans name was crafted on a silver plate that was then clued on the frams bottom.
