We could do with a company name, website colours, what the company does etc. There's no point justsyaing 'I need a logo!' and expecting people to magically make one.

Ideas: I would like the logo to be sleek and reminiscent of web 2.0 style. However I would like a logo, which describes the motive of the site (to ditch USB flash drives, and use this site for storing your homework.) Please let me know, if you have any questions.
A few questions: In terms of deliverables, what file type do you need? Vector for print or just web-ready? Can you list all possible applications of the logo? (for example, website and business card are givens - but does the future hold any large format like trade show booths or billboards?)
