Need logo done asap

    I need to improve the header/logo on my cake website http://ritaslittlewishcakes.com/. I want the words to look better and also include an image of wind (lines) blowing out a candle.

    Please only reply if you are fluent in English, my budget for this is $20, but if you can offer a better price then you will most probably get the job.

    I don't understand your concept if you need a designer to make logo for your website then why you wan't him to speak fluent English? :p Anyways i can also make logo's for you.
