    ***Last time we advertised here we didn't end up hiring anybody due to system problems. Now we are looking to hire TODAY. If you previously applied, please apply again :)***

    Hey DP members! NetXCorporate (NetXServers/ConnectHost) are recruiting live support representatives to work on our helpdesk!


    Support Jobs:
    We are looking for reps that are skilled in cPanel/LXAdmin/DirectAdmin control panels and Linux CentOS and Fedora Operating systems. You need to have at least knowledge of basic SSH commands and how to use control panels effectively.

    There is no age limit on this job, but you need to have good english (Spanish would be good if you know it ;) and any other languages are welcome too!)

    There is no set timeframe in which you have to work. You can work whenever you are available.

    Pay will be per successful chat (There is a small amount for un-successful chats as well). You do not have a specific salary etc. We can also pay you in services if you desire (Shared, Reseller, Master, VPS). You must accept PayPal payments for this job. Please see the bottom of this post for rates. We pay out at the end of every month.


    Rates:

    Support:
    • Successful helpdesk support chat: $0.30-$1 (Depending on time spent and whether it was completed or not)
    • Un-Successful helpdesk support chat: $0.05 (This will be if you cannot fix the problem, and you escalate it to a higher level tech)
    • Successful Phone chats: $1 per successfully resolved phone chat
    • Un-Successful Phone chat: $0.20 per un-successful phone chat

    These are quite low rates, and they are for beginners. Once you have worked for long enough and proven yourself, you may be moved to a higher pay scheme. ($2-4 per chat)

    I wouldn't mind working phone support. I did send you an application saying i wouldn't but i remembered i have 2 phone lines (one never gets used) so i could use that one. If you still have my application you can update it to say I am ok with phone support.
