need little hack with hotscripts clone script

i need to hack that script like i need:

1. No need to get approval after submitting new link (IT MUST!)

2. Submit file just in one step, enter file size is include in first step

3. Guest/member can report file to admin

4. user just can only submit link from www.rapidshared.com and www.megaupload.com link download, not from others website



$20 for this 4 job or $5 for each job you can do
