there are not too many directories which accepts deep links. however you can try on directorycritic.com, it has some list but most are converted into paid ones or not accepting deep links any more.
Check free directories list at http://info.vilesilencer.com (Dan updates it frequently). You have find yourself free directories which accept deep links of your site. DON.
Here is a list of deep link directories. You can use the search to narrow them to general, free, niche, high PR, etc.
If you need some more deep link directories, in addition to freelistfool's list, check out the directory list in my signature. Any directory listed with an *, allows multiple URL's per submission.
You haven't been keeping yourself updated ) Dan recently announced that IVS will be removing deep link niche from their directory list : http://info.vilesilencer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7287 I guess VMOptions is still a 'good' option left to find deep link (general) directories.
