I need someone to create me a custom script that is similar to Linkbucks, UrlCash, Linkbee I need something very basic and simple I just need this to work. I need to be able to have different pay rates based on there country. Like I will pay $1.50 for usa impressions but only $1.00 for uk impressions. I am going to need a filter with adult and non adult traffic. I need some anticheats methods where I can review the traffic by ip, geo location and time on site. Also I need you to count only 3 impressions per 1 unique ip address. I already have a design all ready to go so I would need that installed.
