Need link script with user comments.

    I'm looking for a script that allows users to submit links that get posted to my site. Then other users can add comments to each posted link.

    An example of what I'm looking for is the "Latest Links" section at this site: http://www.i-am-bored.com

    For 20$ i can create a system like that , including a rating system .
    If this is out of your budget: hotscripts.com has some good free alternatives.
