You will build links, post comments, post on forums, make social media accounts and bookmark websites, do directory submissions, etc. I will provide the link anchor title and URL, and you must go out and find places to post them yourself. ex. find related blogs in portals or Google Blog Search post in related forums with the link in the posters signature (create an active profile there) bookmark our sites, as well as other sites to make it look like a natural profile. Most websites I need links for will be in popular niches. Technology, Diet/Fitness, Beauty, etc. You will need to keep track of everything you post in Excel and send it to at the end of the day so I can keep track of your work. The person able to do this job must have good English skills. You will be paid per hour. If I don't feel the amount of work done in one hour is up to quality + quantity standards, I'll pay you for that and then you're gone and will be replaced. PM me with hourly rates (how much you want to be paid) and how many links you think you could build per hour + how many hours you can work a day.
If you word your post on a more positive tune, you will get more response. things like "I won't pay you" turn people away. I certainly wouldn't contact you about your offer. I could probably do a way better job than most people who will contact you. I wonder why that is.
Let's just say... I don't mess around. If you provide me with 5 links an hour and expect me to pay, then I'll think you're a joke. (even with a dial-up connection in the middle of the Arctic, you could do more than 5 links an hour). All those interested, please PM me with hourly rates.
I don't mess around either. I own a limited liability corporation and have staff on contract. I don't pay most of them hourly either. If you want hourly, setup with your government as payroll an become and employer If you want the best work done, let me know, we have the office, the staff, the expensive software, the training and the over 10 years experience. Why not consider a per link payment? Would sound more professional and wouldn't scare people away from not getting paid if they don't measure up. Some people are young and trying things out, need to learn. When you put your effort into something but just needed more help or time, it sucks if you just get stung, even if the person shouldn't have agreed to the work. Cheers.
