I need a letter written for my new website.It is a real estate referral website where i get clients for real estate agents. Now i need to email alot of real estate agents to ask if they want to be the agent for their city I need this in it They will be the only agent in their city. There is no cost to them. We do all the advertising. They only pay us if the client we send them buys a home or sells a home. They need to sign a standard referral agreement. You know needs to be good and professional. This guy does NOT pay! He has neglected payment for several of the things he hot people to do for him in these forums, and I am one of them. Them he deletes visitor messages about it in his profile, and even deletes threads regarding the assignments where the ones doing the work got ripped off to make it harder to prove, and to stop negative feedback that has to come from a valid thread. Be warned! Stay away from this guy!
