Need Legal Advice .

    I just saw that someone had copied all my content without taking my permission .

    I have given him 24 hours to act accordingly .

    Is there any legal body which could help me on this ?

    Usually contacting the other person's host and filing a complaint is all it takes to get the material removed.

    You just do a whois and then figure out who is hosting him based on the nameserver information.

    I PMed him at DP , but he is ignoring the PMs .

    I have sent a mail to his webhost regarding violation and hope that his site is taken down immediately .

    Send a certified return receipt letter to host and perpetrator, if they don't take it down, you then need to register your material, and you can then file a lawsuit for money damages.
