Need layout done for a script

    Hi

    I have a file hosting script. I need :

    - a very creative/sleek looking header/footer and abit of work in the body section like buttons e.t.c.
    - no integration required. I just need either psd only or coded with valid xhtml/css.
    - budget $50-$70

    PM me but i need to see recent works. I really want something eyecatchy e.t.c.
