Fraser, You first need the design created. The coding part will come later. You'll need to find a designer who can create a design based on your mockup/sketch preferably in PSD format and then you'll need to find a coder who can code that PSD into XHTML/CSS. Hi - thanks for sharing, since this is only going to have a couple of images I really don't think it needs a psd first. It is mainly a text design with only a couple of images (the ones along the side, the logo, and the block near the top beside the list). If you want I can provide block images for those. The rest of the content can be filled with lorem ipsum for now. thanks Mac
