Need Layout Coded for PHP Script

    I have a layout that was designed for a php article script I purchased and I need someone to code it for me.

    I need a person experienced in xHTML, CSS and PHP. Some script modifications may be necessary.

    Please PM with a portfolio and experience in this area and I will give you all the details for your quote.

    For this project, only those with working portfolios and positive iTrader can be considered.
