I don't know if you'll be able to get it done here for free. Most people are here to make money (that's a pretty big generalization, I know, but I believe it's true). What I recommend you do is learn to code it yourself. It will take awhile, but (assuming you designed this yourself) if you want to become a web designer you should also learn to code. xhtml/css coding is a basic part of being a web designer and you really should know how to do it. I recommend watching this video: http://nettuts.com/videos/screencasts/converting-a-design-from-psd-to-html/ At first it will be very confusing but it's really worth learning.
Dirtbiker24 why should we waste out valuable time to code a design for you. If we started to take on free coding/designing requests how would we make a living. You have to realize time is valuable and can be used to earn money and not be wasted away. Its a very simple layout with what i can see average design at best. So it shouldnt be too hard for you too at least attempt to code it yourself.
Wow bro, you're def. not going to find anyone here to do it for free with a response like that. It's kind of like you taking a few containers of oil and a filter into a Jiffy Lube and saying "I have the stuff, I need you to change my oil for free". This industry is no different. Looks like an easy job to me, learn to google. Good luck.
wow. I don't know if this is watermarked enough, I can barely see them.. Maybe if you posted the design with GIANT LIME GREEN watermarks over it people would be more likely to offer skilled labour totally free of charge. I mean, I go to the grocery store and start to walk out and they would stop me and say: you have to pay for all of that food, you can't just leave. I'll be sure to tell them: "hey now, I coded a layout for free so I deserve this food for free too! that's how things work!" Do you think it would work? EDIT: Oh, and it's not like you require special tools only we have to make this - you have every tool you need available to you, and you also have many many guides, tutorials and tons of free resources available to you to learn (which is how we learned to do this) So, if you need it that badly, go and learn how yourself and do it for free. Honestly, I dare you.
Really im not going to say this to be mean but how old are you? If you cant have someone do it for $10 I guarantee your a kid. (not saying that's a bad thing but most people on this site are adults and you need to respect that. With that attitude you will have no good reputation.) Edit: Also ANYONE can learn web design usually they are just to lazy to learn so how but you head over to htmldog.com and learn html like me.
