Need Landing Page Design Coded

    Here is the design:

    Must be XHTML Strict validated
    The twitter icons on top right need to be linkable.
    Logos need to be individually clickable.
    Books need to be individually clickable
    All Arial text need to be editable
    Pictures need to be individually clickable (need basic jQuery lightbox)
    The text on the red bar should be a transparent PNG image--I need 5 images on a jQuery fade / rotation. This will be quotes that fade in and out.

    Looking for lowest bid--maximum amount $50.
