need joomla or drupal help

    i am starting a website,an online magazine type site and i am leaning towards joomla cms.if you build these types of sites,PM me your work and pay rate.i would need help getting the site started and some tech help on adding mods and stuff

    just to clarify,i am looking more for someone that knows about design and what mods to install that would work with an online magazine...i know how to install drupal and joomla.thanks
