hey mate... look im a bit busy with my own site at the moment, Joomla is very easy to work with tho, thats just a premium template about $25- and you can use the free fireboard forum for it ... quite simple .. hope that helps, if you dont wish to do it, i would say not to pay anyone more than $70-80 for it as its only a few hours work
