I am looking for an experienced Joomla designer and coder. I am not interested in anybody that can only design or only code. The job would start out with one medium sized site and if the work is satisfactory then we would talk about arrangements for a long term deal. (I have several recently acquired sites that I would like overhauled.) I need someone who can communicate very well and has an established portfolio of sites; which a portion needs to be Joomla powered. Also the candidate I am looking for needs to be able to think outside the box and not have to be baby fed every step along the way. My budget for the first site will be discussed by PM or email only. With your portfolio I will need at least a couple examples of Joomla sites you have created AND what you charged for them. I only except links to sites in your portfolio, NO screenshots please.
