Need Joomla coder to fix site - $20

Hi;

I need someone experienced in Joomla to fix a couple glitches on a Joomla site I've just moved to a diferent server.

Site before Transfer: http://www.berryfresh.com.do

Test site after move: http://berryfresh.sc52.info

What I need:

1) Pop-ups removed, especially when I click on any of the menu links on the left.

2) Access to the administration panel, it seems the site is not connecting to the database.

Admin before move: http://www.berryfresh.com.do/administrator/

Admin on test site: http://berryfresh.sc52.info/administrator/
