Need Job Portal application site (willing to buy)

Anyone can recommend a simple looking (template is simple) but powerful job portal site? I have budget for this.

Try searching fippa.com they have all types of buying and selling websites old new and cheap too.
If you are looking for something free then try sourceforge, you might need to add the final touches yourself though.

 

I've used JobPress and liked it. It's $79 for a single licence or $199 for developer access.
