Need Javascript code for countdown timer

    I need a small javascript code that can be used on in shopping cart. I need it to count down to 4:00 EST M-F. Starting at 6:00 AM EST, I want the script to show how much time is left until 4:00 PM EST.

    The point of this is for it to say "Order in the next ... minutes/hours and this item ships today" as our shipping cutoff time is 4:00 EST.
