Buying Need java programmer

    Need java programmer for the following :

    Make an application that allows copying, past of text
    Right click will bring a menu to copy or place a footnote at the cursor location
    Add option to add references and bibiliography
    Needs to be in wikipedia format

    Please let me know the price, time frame
