Need IPB 2.15 Upgraded to IPB 2.3.4 (or latest) + Skinning

Here's a multiple IPB work I am offering, preferably deal with just one person, but it doesn't really matter. Total budget are within $100 and a lot less if I can help it.

Current forum has about 5000 members running IPB2.1.5, a dozen mods, blog, and gallery module that we want to upgrade to the latest version.

    First thing first.
We need our forums upgraded from IPB 2.15 Upgraded to the latest IPB version. Install in a new temporary folder and mirror all posts, modules and members database, etc all working and intact. When the new upgraded board mirror is ready to use and has been reskinned, please temporarily close down the old forum, resync database with latest posts/members/etc and move/overwrite the main forum with the new upgrade.

First (b) Install compatible mod replacements of the current forum.

Second, our forum has a custom skin I designed that may need to be updated and redesigned a little to accommodate the new engine and other new mods menu that we want to be installed. We'll need someone to reskin it so it will be compatible for the upgraded board. I have no idea whether if you can just convert the skin or have to rebuild the old one from scratch, so let me know please. I will wait for the newly installed mirror to be ready first, so I'll know which part needed to be redesigned and will add new design elements accordingly. It should be a minor addition to the top navigational menu bar. PM me for URL to view current forum skin.

I'm looking to start this asap if possible, depending on your total quote. The cheaper I can spend, the faster we can start this. If it get's expensive, I'll simply dump the project altogether :p Paypal payment only. Verified business account.

Please quote per job or all 3 jobs with your estimate delivery time.

Thank you for reading this job offer.

Can reskinning done automatically? Or do I still need to have someone reskin it manually?

The forum is of important value for many people, and I think I would require a good iTrader track record for a start, so I'd have to reject your bid cyber-world. Sorry.

The job is still open, please post your quote. Thanks.

first off - re-skinning a custom skin can cost $100+ alone
second- i would do this, as ive run many IPB and VB boards in the past but i just saw what you said to cyber so :(

but yea re-skinning is gonna be hard to get someone to do it for that cheap
