Need invoice for premium account

    We have buy the premium services account but we need an invoice to certify the transaction
    It is an emergency we really need it
    If the admin see this message, contact me fast we need the invoice

    What are you trying to certify the transaction for exactly?

    There aren't paper invoices if that's what you are looking for. Your PayPal transaction/receipt is the equivalent of an invoice.

    And a Paypal invoice is valid to use as a source document for record keeping.

    Within your PayPal, you have an option to create, send, print an invoice. The invoice will show your business name, the buyers name, and detailed account of purchases/services. This should suffice. I have been asked for invoices before. I have given the customer this and all was good.

    If you are the buyer and are requesting a invoice, Yes it is up to the seller to provide the invoice. If you are asking Digital Point for an invoice specifically for the purchase of your premium account membership, staff as well as others have already suggested to print out one fron Paypal.

    If you need an invoice for the amount you've paid to get premium membership, print the invoice from within the PayPal interface. Isn't this fairly obvious?
