Need Insight with International IPs.

    Our site is a localized site for US residents. We were getting a large number of illegitimate international posts so we wrote code to block any intl posts or intl enrollment, which worked for about a week. Then they all resumed, I believe using a proxy. Any ideas on how to combat them from using a proxy? Any assistance / insight would be of great help.
