Need information about creating paypal account

    I don't have credit card but i do have bank account. How do i verify my new account. I have only a/c no and my residence's address details along with bank passbook. Can i create new one with it in paypal?

    Since you are from India, you can use your bank account to verify your new Paypal account.

    @shubhi Thanks dude. Nowadays somebodies saying and i have also seen some blogs that paypal services have banned by RBI for India. Is it true?

    It's not banned. RBI implemented following rules for PayPal India
    - Add credit card to send payment
    - PayPal balance can't be used and needs to withdrawn on daily basis
    - PayPal accounts need to possess valid PAN, Purpose Code and bank account
    - Maximum receiving limit is set to $3000

    PAN - means you need to add your PAN card to it. Search for pan card in google.
    You also need to add bank account and a purpose code meaning the reason you are withdrawing your money.

    Hi,

    I have created one account, and for verify put debit card, Paypal says that it will deposit two amount, some balance 1 INR to 2 INR in my bank account and need to put the amount after the point (.) for verify the account. Then I have seen that some amount cut from my account (Paypal cut 1.89 INR, but not deposited). Then I have put the amount 0.89. But its saying that wrong amounts. And it cut only one amount, even not two as it was saying. what will I do? Please suggest

    PayPal only deposits money. The INR 1.89 must be deducted for other reasons by your bank but not from PP. Wait for few days to get deposits from PP and then submit them in your PP account and get verified. And you need to add your Bank and not debit card.

    Why did you need Indian Paypal when your location is US.

    Paypal generally send money below 1INR. Please check your bank statement again. As well 1.89INR can be cut for different purpose . For example - tax or card validate.

    You need email id, bank account. May be other documents depending on your country. For India, it's PAN Card.
