OK people I want to invest in a website with lets say around 10-15k$ and would like to earn a good amount in revenue each mount. First I need to know how much can I expect to get in return for that amount of investment. Second, what kind of info do I need to know from the seller about the web site. Is this a good idea if I want to buy a site that is already gaining a good sum of money each month so that I can sit back with a little work each day and enjoy? I need all the info I can get before doing this and I am a bit new so be kind loll :D.

It depends on the amount of effort required to run the site.

Some people run one man shows, and enjoy it because they know everything about the topic that the site is based on. Some sites do not need to be updated regularly- there is less work involved there.

Your $15K can easily be made back, and if you are good at marketing, you could take the site to even greater heights.

If you havent got much experience with websites I would say dont spend that amount to but a profitable site because it may be that you end up messing up the website by making wrong decisions. On the other hand if you have got the experience then its a great idea and a step forward, I personally would expect $1500 - $2500 profit a month if I was spending that amount on a website. There are not many sites that allow you to site back and earn well unless they are image uploading sites or somehting similar where not much updating is required the rest all require work otherwise income may start decreasing. So good luck.
