    1 cell number is mine, as i need to test the accurately of your service. the second number is a cell number i have found out from a person who keeps "Dossing" and shutting off my internet/router by sending massive packets to my ip address, which shuts down my internet connection... i need to find out this information so i can contact his ISP to report illegal activity, any suggestions on what to do would be excellent!
