Need info about HDFC VCC

    Hello Guys,

    As you all know HDFC VCC is a great tool for those who dont have Credit Cards and want to use them online. But I have a question regarding it.

    Lets say, I purchased something online using HDFC VCC. But it does not work and I want a refund. Now, the place where I purchased it is ready to offer me a refund but it would refund it to the same Credit card from which I purchased it (in this case, VCC).

    Please tell me is it possible to get a refund to that VCC? Will the money be credited to my bank account?

    Any information here would be of a great help.

    IMHO, there shall be no problem and the refund can be processed back. The money gets credited to your existing account.
    I think you need check with the customer support of hdfc (if it works, lol).

    It will go to your Bank account which you provided.
