Need info about Forums?

    I need help!.do you think Forums are useful for link building. if it is useful then how, i mean is there any procedure to get a link from Froum, instead of posting on random forums post, I am curretly working on this and i really need to know about forums. thanks...

    Google's Panda and Penguin updates de-valued forum links significantly since most are spam.

    Don't listen to what people say, they still work. Just put your link in your signature like mine. I get plenty of traffic from forums :)
