Contest Need image modification - $8 Contest in 24 hours

I have an image which is really blurry when I print out on the invitation card and don't know why. I did the image myself, adding text to a paint.net document but it looks bad on paper. For example, if I zoom in to 200% instead of 100%, that's what the quality looks like on paper... Can someone fix it?

Requirements;
*Image must be width:800, height: 600
*Font should be Shelley Allegro Script
*Need the image to be clear, non blurry.

It would need to be redone completely, the pixels are not enough for print.

 

I figured it might need to be redone but if anyone wants to create it from scratch, I included a link to the text portion so they can copy it instead of rewriting the text. Thanks
