Need Image Cleaned Up, Quick Job

    I need the image below cleaned up a bit as there is too much white space around the buttons and at the bottom.

    Need someone to make this a clean design by making it a bit smaller from top to bottom vertically so there is not so much white spate under the "All Carriers" button.

    I have the files for the image, but overall would like to keep the overall design, just need it cleaned up.

    $5 takes it.
