need IE7 and IE8 small hack URGENT $25

    I have a site that i need to launch today, it is working fine on firefox, chrome and safari. but need a hack to be done for IE7 and IE8 (looks good on IE9)

    it is a 3 page site, so it should be very quick to do.

    my budget is $25 USD and need it to be done TODAY.
