You've got to get away from the "Get rich quick - too good to be true" look. Also it's common knowlege now to never purchase anything on the web with a price ending in 7. Works for me.

My ebook comes with a 30-day money back guarantee* People HATE the little asterisk* Basically, if your info is any good, you won't need to worry about people charging back. Just offer a Money Back Guarantee. Period! Secondly, you have too much text in big blocks, needs to be spaced out a bit. Make some of the most important TEXT into images. Finally, contact people who have read it and ask them for a Testimonial. Testimonials could be image files, use a good handwriting font. Some of your copy could do with tweaking too. Ask a pro copywriter to take a look at it.
