    or make a blog where all have the ability to edit the blog posts without login :eek:

    Try building a site that provides proof reading and editing services where a customer can upload content at a fee and get it back when its ready. You can outsource the actual editing function to me :)

    I would suggest you setup a blog about editable thing.
    And you offer tutorial on how to do it step by step.
