One way is to register a domain with the help of keywords. In that way you are sure that people are actively searching for this information and so your domain cannot be bad if people are actually searching for it. Go to Google keyword tool https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal and enter a keyword, and then google will suggest you other keywords too. You can mix and match these keyword to get a domain name if the actual keyword is not available as a domain. If you don't want to go through this method (or don't care for keywords) then any domain name will do, but: -Keep it short -Use a .com -Easy to remember -Don't be clever (don't make up words, don't include strange words)
I would also try looking at existing domains for sale, you might snag a deal and at the same time you might have something that is registered for a while ..while help in your SEO
