    Here are a few ideas. Some are complicated, but oh well ....
    Note that the gift's don't have to be expensive. Could be something inexpensive or maybe wallpapers, funny videos or something.

    1] Monthly sweepstakes from among those who make/have the website as their homepage. Winner gets something.
    2] A button/square/something which says "Those whose home is America make search4america their homepage". If someone clicks on it, search4america becomes their homepage.
    3] Users who have set search4america as their homepage get a secret code every week. If they enter it in a form/webpage, they score Ameripoints. These points can be redeemed for cool gifts. Bigger gifts need more points.
    4] Refer a homie - A person can refer another and ask him to set homepage as S4A. If the other person does, the referrer gets sweepstakes entry/Ameripoints or some free gift.

    you can make a search engine using Yahoo! API, u dont need to spent money, u can show adsence etc. get traffic and collect money !!

    by the way, i have the script.

    I think a button that can be clicked to make that site there homepage..

    because I bet around 30% of people who click it dont care and will leave it as it.
