No this is not a problem. Google adsense click are submitted by the user when they click the add you website just provides the user the code so the IP wont matter.

Hi. Thanks my Friend for your answer.
But When I want Sign Up for Google Adsense my IP is Alternate. for example: I will Join in Google Adsense Today with this IP: 94.93.58.37. But when I want LogIN in Google adsense account in Tomorrow My IP is Different. (95.250.01.97)
I want know Google Will delete my Acount If my IP change in Each LOGIN ?

I know other users must Click on Google ads with Their IPs. and Its not important for me. but my Problem is when I want Login in my Account.

Thanks Again. (Really excuse me If my English is not good)

I doesn't matter for login. it is counted for clicks for tracking fake clicks

No worries, google will keep a track of all your ips that you log with. Just don't click your own ads and feel free to login to your adsense account from any place. It will not affect or get you banned.

this will not effect you brother, only thing you should be worry about that you should not click on your adsense, all of other publishers open their adsense account on different places (different IPs) like office, home, college, school

Google keeps a record of every machine IP address used to look at your account. If you check your stats on a machine then someone else clicks on your ads from the same machine Google sees this as click fraud. Worth bearing in mind when thinking of checking your stats from somewhere like an internet Café.
