need httpd.config file edit, php permissions for wordpress MU installation.

    I need someone who is an expert in wordpress MU and can edit httpd.config file, php permissions and other things for proper installation of wordpress MU.I already have the wordpress MU installed but the url like http://blogwep.com/members/admin/blogs/create-a-blog is not opening.
    Also I need blogwep.com to redirect to www.blogwep.com and www.subdomain.blogwep.com to redirect to subdomain.blogwep.com
