Buying Need HTML5/CSS3 for a homepage PSD

Hi,

I'm looking for a quality HTML5/CSS3 coder. You must have a portfolio to apply for this job - i don't care how cheap you are or if you're willing to do this for no payment upfront I'm looking for a quality coder only, preferably one from the UK.

The homepage .PSD is for a Wordpress theme, but i will implement it into Wordpress myself i just need the validated HTML/CSS files. This design is pretty complicated but simple at the same time, because there are quite a few patterns and gradient borders etc, some with some sort of radius as well. So this should be done by a professional with years of experience only.

It needs to be pixel perfect, and I'm willing to pay a good price for it to get done properly.

Apologies if my requirements sound strict, but I've been messed about far too much recently and it's about time i got my project online.
