Buying Need HTML to Wordpress Quote

    Hi all,

    I have a site almost ready in HTML I need someone to give me a quote for changing it to Wordpress, depends on the price I will decide if to do it.
    I need to keep it W3C Validated and Cross Browser compatible.

    Please only people who can show a good itrader / rep and w3c valid wordpress sites they've made.

    I will also need some php help on the site.
