Need HTML Template Converted Into WP Theme

    I have an HTML/CSS template I need converted into a WP theme.

    You will need to make small changes to the code to accomodate a comment section, add category/recent posts to sidebar etc.

    Simple, should take less than an hour or two for anyone who knows how to convert templates into Wordpress themes.

    PM me with your price and I will send you the files and details.

    P.S. - my budget is at $30-40. Obviously, I will be choosing the person who offers to do it for the least amount of $.
