Buying Need HTML Programming

    I need some HTML programming done for a website. I want a pixel to change (either by color or by loading a picture ontop of what is there...(png, jpeg, gif).

    So, If you clicked your mouse, the color would be effected in the clicked area.

    If you are interested, please let me know how long this will take, and how much it will cost. I would like to get this done ASAP..Thanks!
