Buying Need html + php page fix 15$ via paypal for the quick fix!

    I am creating a new website for my seo marketing services, and am inexperienced in php coding.

    Page with the error:

    http://www.automaticsubmissions.com/success1.html

    The problem?

    Try entering in a website's details, and as you can see it generates the php error message no matter what you submit.

    I need someone to take a look at the html file and the php file and fix the error.

    Im thinking it should be a small fix, possibly a real simple fix,

    either way - im paying 15$ via paypal to whoeever can fix this!
